We love the vision and the quest for the 'quantum leap' in all our investments. At the very beginning of our existence as a start-up Venture Capital investment company, we identified a select number of industry sectors in which we believed then, and still strongly believe, that the 'quantum leap' will be most pronounced and would therefore generate a wealth of investment opportunities.

These sectors are

• Broadband (Data transmission, storage and security)
• Bioinformatics
• Automotive and Aerospace (Transportation)
• Laser and Optoelectronics
• Material Sciences

This vision has proven to be the case and we are continuing to concentrate on finding exciting opportunities in these sectors in Germany and the UK. In due course we might also seek such investment opportunities in other geographic markets.
